Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust
Welcome to Rotherham Hospital! Since 2002 I have had the responsibility of heading up medical undergraduate education here.

Rotherham Hospital provides about 1500 student weeks of education (that's about 6% of the total for the whole Medical School) with students on attachment right from the beginning of their medical training in Phase 1a through to Phase 4. Many students have gone on to be doctors at the hospital because of the positive experiences they have had here.

The key feature of the undergraduate education here is the Undergraduate Office with the Medical Undergraduate Managers Kay Jaques and Sue Rodgers. They are the people responsible for the day to day running of all things to do with student attachments at Rotherham.

Within this website we have attempted to provide information that we hope will be of use to you prior to coming out to Rotherham from Sheffield and also whilst you are here. If you have any questions then please feel free to contact us.
